This senior role partners with CX, CCG, Investments and COO leadership to deliver a consistent, scalable client experience across regions.

Qualifications

15+ years in financial services with leadership in asset management or shareholder services.
10+ years in senior leadership with global teams and complex operational responsibilities.
Experience designing global operating models and leading large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead global Shareholder Services BAU operations and incident remediation.
Define and implement future-state operating model and transformation roadmap.
Collaborate with CX, Investments, COO and technology to support COMPASS platform.
Drive AI adoption and automation to improve efficiency and controls.
