State Street is seeking a Global Head of Shareholder Services within the COO Client Experience Technology and Business Services organization. The role has global responsibility to shape the operating model and deliver a scalable, high‑quality client experience across regions.

You will lead the evolution of Shareholder Services across people, process, technology, and operating model, partnering with CX, Investments, CCG, and COO leadership to drive continuity and strategic transformation.

• Senior leader with 15+ years in financial services and asset management.
• Experience designing global operating models and leading large transformations.
• Proven ability to drive BAU operations, risk controls, and automation initiatives.

Mansioni

• Lead global Shareholder Services, ensuring strong BAU operations and oversight.
• Set future-state vision and create global operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Partner with CX Development to define requirements for COMPASS platform.
• Drive AI, automation, and technology-enabled process improvements.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team with clear accountability.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across CX, COO, CCG, and Investments.
• Collaborate with CX/COO leadership on strategic initiatives and operating-model changes.
