Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field.
• At least twelve years in business development with strategic planning exposure.
• At least eight years leading a sales team and setting targets.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence senior managers across global organizations.
• Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior commercial growth leader for Biologics and global territory expansion.
• Build cross-functional alignment among sales, marketing, legal, and product teams.
• Represent Fujifilm Biotechnologies with executive stakeholders and at industry events.
• Develop and execute data-driven growth plans and territory strategies.
• Manage a team of 6–8 direct reports and partner with global directors.
