Job summary

FujifilmBiotechnologies is seeking a Head of Business Development for Biologics to drive growth across global territories. You will lead a high-impact commercial team, forge senior-level partnerships, and shape strategies with sales, marketing, legal, and product partners.

You will govern opportunities from sourcing to signed contracts, oversee market intelligence, and travel to key sites and conferences to advance our biologics franchise. This is a global role with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
• 12+ years in business development with strategic planning exposure.
• 8+ years managing a sales team.
• Experience setting sales targets and goals to drive growth.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior commercial growth leader for Biologics within Advanced Medicines.
• Act as ambassador for Fujifilm Biotechnologies with executive stakeholders.
• Align cross-functional teams around data-driven growth plans.
• Define strategy to prospect and secure new CDMO business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities; expand in new/existing markets.
• Develop territory expansion plans aligned with global objectives.
• Maintain pipelines and deliver insights to executive leadership.
