You will lead a high‑impact team, align cross‑functional partners, and negotiate complex deals while ensuring compliance and customer value. This role offers remote flexibility, global travel, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree, with a preference for a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in a science‑related field.
• At least twelve years of experience in business development with extensive strategic planning exposure.
• At least eight years of experience managing a sales team.
• Experience setting sales targets and goals to drive growth.
• Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence senior managers and build cross‑functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior commercial growth leader for Biologics within the Advanced Medicines Division, driving new business acquisition and global expansion.
• Represent Fujifilm Biotechnologies with executive stakeholders across pharma/biotech ecosystems.
• Align cross‑functional teams around integrated, data‑driven growth plans.
• Develop territory expansion plans and manage pipelines; provide insights to executive leadership.
• Lead negotiations to manage scope, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, sales, product, and marketing to design go‑to‑market strategies.
