FUJIFILM Biotechnologies seeks a dynamic Head of Business Development for Biologics within the Advanced Medicines Division. You will drive new market creation, open flagship accounts, and craft territory strategies that translate into revenue and strategic partnerships.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage senior relationships across global pharma ecosystems, and represent the company at industry events. This is a global role with flexible remote work possibilities andtravel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field.
• 12+ years in business development with strategic planning.
• 8+ years leading a sales team.
• Experience setting sales targets to drive growth.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with an ability to influence senior managers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the senior commercial growth leader for Biologics in Advanced Medicines Division, driving new business and global expansion.
• Represent Fujifilm Biotechnologies with executive stakeholders across pharma/biotech ecosystems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop data-driven growth plans and pipelines.
