Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a science-related field.
• 12+ years in business development with strategic planning.
• 8+ years leading a sales team.
• Proven ability to set targets and drive growth.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across global orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior growth for Biologics with global territory expansion.
• Act as ambassador to executive stakeholders in pharma/biotech.
• Align cross-functional teams around data-driven growth plans.
• Define territory expansion plans and pipeline.
• Represent Fujifilm Biotechnologies at conferences and negotiate deals.
• Capture customer feedback to inform future offerings.
• Collaborate with legal and sales to ensure compliant terms.
