Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
- At least twelve years in business development with strategic planning exposure.
- Eight+ years leading a sales team and setting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead as senior commercial growth leader for Biologics within Advanced Medicines.
- Act as ambassador for Fujifilm Biotechnologies with senior stakeholders.
- Align cross-functional teams around integrated, data-driven growth plans.
- Define strategy to prospect and secure new CDMO business opportunities.
- Develop territory expansion plans in line with global objectives.
- Maintain pipelines and deliver insights to executive leadership.
- Represent the company at conferences and cultivate senior relationships.
- Lead negotiations ensuring contractual and regulatory alignment.
- Capture customer feedback to inform future offerings.
- Collaborate with legal and marketing to meet customer needs.
