You will lead cross‑functional teams, engage senior executives across pharma and biotech ecosystems, and shape go‑to‑market plans that align legal, product, and demand planning with global objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve years in business development with strategic planning exposure.
• Minimum eight years leading a sales team.
• Experience setting sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to influence senior managers across global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior commercial growth leader for Biologics within Advanced Medicines.
• Act as ambassador for Fujifilm Biotechnologies with executive stakeholders.
• Align cross-functional teams around data-driven growth plans.
• Define strategy to prospect and secure new CDMO business opportunities.
• Develop territory expansion plans aligning regional trends with global objectives.
• Maintain pipelines and deliver insights to executive leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events and build senior-level relationships.
• Lead negotiations ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance with clients.
