Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies seeks a high-impact Head of Business Development for Biologics in the Advanced Medicines Division. You will own new market creation, flagship accounts, and territory strategies that translate into revenue and long-term partnerships globally.

You will lead a senior commercial team, partner with executive stakeholders, and align sales, marketing, legal, and product teams to deliver data-driven growth plans across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in business development with strategic planning exposure.
• Minimum 8+ years leading a sales team.
• Experience setting sales targets to drive growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior commercial growth leader for Biologics in Advanced Medicines.
• Act as ambassador for Fujifilm Biotechnologies with executive stakeholders.
• Align cross-functional teams around data-driven growth plans.
• Define strategy to prospect and secure new CDMO business opportunities.
• Drive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
