You will lead cross-functional teams, build executive relationships, and shape global go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth across regions and sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
• Twelve+ years in business development with strategic planning exposure.
• Eight+ years leading a sales team and setting targets for growth.
• Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior managers across global organizations.

Aufgaben

• Lead as the senior commercial growth leader for Biologics within the Advanced Medicines Division; own new business acquisition and global territory expansion.
• Act as a primary ambassador for Fujifilm Biotechnologies with executive stakeholders across pharma and biotech ecosystems.
• Align cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, legal, and product—around integrated, data-driven growth plans.
• Define strategy to prospect and secure new CDMO business opportunities for FUJIFILM Biotechnologies.
• Conduct market research with market intelligence teams to identify trends and opportunities; drive expansion in new and existing markets.
• Develop territory expansion plans aligned with regional trends and global objectives; maintain up-to-date pipelines.
• Represent Fujifilm Biotechnologies at industry events and cultivate senior-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations to manage scope, contractual and regulatory compliance with clients.
• Capture customer feedback to inform future solutions; collaborate with legal and commercial solutions teams on terms and scope.
• Partner with sales, product, and marketing to design cohesive go-to-market strategies; coordinate with demand planning for site readiness.
