Mistral AI in New York, NY, United States, is seeking a Head of Analyst Relations to build and lead a global Analyst Relations program. This senior role partners with Marketing, Communications, Product, Sales, and Leadership to position Mistral as a category-defining AI company with open weights and configurable deployment from edge to cloud.

You will own relationships with Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Futurum, Moor Insights, Constellation, and more, reporting to the CMO and guiding cross-functional

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Communications, or related functions within technology companies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Mistral's global Analyst Relations program.
• Build trusted relationships with leading industry analysts across AI, cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise software.
• Shape and influence analyst perceptions of Mistral's products, vision, and market position.
• Lead analyst engagement programs, including briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, and major report submissions.
• Partner with Product Marketing to craft differentiated messaging and category narratives.
• Drive participation in key analyst evaluations, including Magic Quadrants, Waves, Marketscapes, and other relevant reports.
• Translate analyst insights into actionable recommendations for leadership, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure the impact of Analyst Relations across awareness, perception, and commercial outcomes.
• Build and scale the Analyst Relations function as Mistral continues its global expansion.
