Mistral Ai is seeking a Head of Analyst Relations to build and lead our global AR program from New York. You will shape how top industry analysts understand our open-weight AI platform and our mission to redefine AI category ownership.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales and Leadership to position Mistral effectively with Gartner, IDC, Forrester and others, driving strategic influence and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing or Communications.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across Marketing, Product and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Mistral's global Analyst Relations program.
• Build trusted relationships with leading industry analysts.
• Shape perceptions of Mistral's products, vision, and market position.
• Lead analyst engagement programs including briefings and reports.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and category narratives.
• Drive participation in major analyst evaluations and reports.
• Translate analyst insights into actionable leadership recommendations.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure AR impact.
