Metrea Air Mobility seeks a seasoned Head of Maintenance to supervise global line and heavy maintenance operations and to guarantee aircraft airworthiness across our fleet. You will lead managers across maintenance control and planning, directing trusted teams to meet rigorous regulatory standards.

The role requires a senior leader with FAA A&P (or EASA Part 66) credentials, 10+ years in maintenance leadership, and a proven ability to deliver compliant, timely results in a complex, high-stakes

Formación

• FAA A&P certificate (or EASA Part 66) required.
• 10+ years in a Director of Maintenance-like role in FAA Part 121/135.
• 6+ years leading operations in an FAA Part 145 MRO with at least 2 years approving aircraft for return to service.
• Ability to lead subordinate managers and coordinate a heavy workload.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all maintenance operations ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Ensure maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations meet standards.
• Supervise line maintenance, heavy maintenance, and maintenance control managers and planning.
• Implement and maintain tanker maintenance program to ensure airworthiness.
