Job summary

Global Crossing Airlines seeks a Sr. Manager, Aircraft Maintenance to lead AMTs and contract mechanics in maintenance, repairs, and safety programs. You will supervise operations, ensure airworthiness, and drive reliability across all bases in compliance with 14 CFR 121.378(b). On-site Miami location, high accountability, and strong leadership required.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in large transport maintenance, 5+ years of leadership, and an A&P certificate (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in maintenance of large transport category aircraft.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Airframe and Power Plant Certificate required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continually design/implement action plans to reduce maintenance delays.
• Manage department work schedules and vacations.
• Maintain goals, training, and audits for Maintenance Control personnel.
• Coordinate timely ordering and shipment of parts and equipment.
