Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee aircraft maintenance, ensuring peak airworthiness, safety, and regulatory compliance for a premium fleet. You will coordinate inspections, liaise with OEMs and regulators, and drive reliability with a proactive leadership approach.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to seamless flight operations for discerning clients.

Qualifications

Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate required.
Five years of aviation maintenance experience.
Three years of practical corporate aircraft experience.
Thorough knowledge of maintenance planning, inspections, repairs and modifications.
Willingness to travel extensively worldwide.

Responsibilities

Lead with precision and excellence, ensuring airworthiness and regulatory compliance across a premium fleet.
Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; monitor remote location maintenance and evaluate directives.
Provide administrative excellence: procure and compare maintenance quotes, manage computerized tracking programs.
Champion safety by performing and overseeing inspections, repairs, and logbook maintenance.
Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams; manage contracts, budgets, and invoicing.
