This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and strategic growth of the organization while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is a proven aviation leader with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance operations, team development, business growth, and customer relationship management.

Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the organization's operations, including maintenance, avionics, quality assurance, customer service, sales, financial performance, and workforce development. This role works closely with ownership and department leaders to establish strategic goals, drive operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to customers.
