Thrive Aviation in the United States seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Manager to partner with the Assistant Director of Maintenance. You will oversee maintenance control, supervise on-site and remote technicians, and ensure operations are compliant, efficient, and safe.

You will coach maintenance controllers, manage paperwork, and sign off on work; you will build budgets, monitor regulatory changes, and lead a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• A&P license required and active.
• Bachelor's degree in aviation management or related field.
• 7–10 years of aircraft maintenance/inspection experience.
• 5+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Expert knowledge of FAA regulations affecting maintenance.
• Experience with aircraft parts management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Flexx, Traxxall, CAMP, and Corridor preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all maintenance control operations for Thrive Aviation's fleet.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide coaching to Maintenance Controllers.
• Manage paperwork for component overhauls and equipment certifications.
• Sign for completed work and maintain records.
• Develop budgets for maintenance operations.
• Delegate work and monitor progress with sound judgment.
• Communicate updates to staff and management.
• Make critical safety decisions to ensure airworthiness.
• Travel as required.
