Job summary

ACI Worldwide seeks a Director of Solution Consulting to lead a multi-regional team, shape commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across global markets. You will leverage industry insight to guide pipeline development, supervise education programs, and align pre/post sales efforts with product strategy.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong executive communication, and a track record in AI adoption to accelerate sales and customer value.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of consultative selling of on-prem and/or SaaS enterprise software solutions.
• 14 years industry experience is ideal.
• Leadership experience managing a geographically dispersed team.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives.
• 5+ years preparing and presenting proposals to C-Level executives.
• International business experience required.
• Experience driving technology transformation, AI adoption, or operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-regional team of solution consultants.
• Manage budgets across cost centers with minimal assistance.
• Define and execute a multi-regional commercial strategy and sales plans.
• Oversee solution consulting activities through the sales cycle from discovery to win.
• Provide expert guidance on design options and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap and strategy.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships with major customers and partners.
• Lead global education/training programs for solution consulting and sales teams.
• Adopt AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive program and team improvements.
