Job summary

SAS is seeking a Global Head of Sales for Manufacturing to drive revenue and set the global GTM strategy across EMEA, LATAM, APAC and North America. You will lead a high-performing team of managers and account executives, build executive relationships, and shape data & AI solutions for top clients.

This role involves traveling as needed and will be based in one of NA or European offices, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Typically requires extensive software sales leadership experience in a global context.
Proven ability to drive revenue targets and strategic objectives across regions.
Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills in sales organizations.

Responsibilities

Take a hands-on approach to building, supporting and leading a global team.
Be responsible for the achievement of total software revenue target and management business objectives.
Plan and implement growth plans for software, consulting services, and education services.
Direct management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities.
Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plans to exceed target levels.
Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key customers.
Coordinate account strategies with sales management team.
Hire, direct and evaluate staff.
Work with Strategic Pricing Group to negotiate contracts and bids.
Forecast software, consulting services, and education services timely and accurately.
