Staffingine LLC is seeking an AI & Analytics Pre-Sales Lead to drive the technical win across Manufacturing and AgTech accounts on the US East Coast. You will own discovery, solution shaping, and win strategy, and you will build demos and PoCs using GenAI to demonstrate the art of the possible.

You will advise client executives on AI adoption and data-platform modernization, shape offerings, and collaborate with sales and engineering to scale reusable assets. Expect ~30% travel.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or practice leadership for data & analytics
• Strong pre-sales track record: workshops, proposals, solution shaping, deal support
• Hands-on ability to build demos/prototypes with GenAI and agentic AI tooling
• Experience designing and positioning data & analytics platforms at scale
• Cloud familiarity across AWS, Azure, GCP; comfortable with containers/orchestration

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical pre-sales motion for AI & Analytics across Manufacturing and AgTech accounts: discovery, requirements analysis, solution shaping, and win strategy
• Build demos, prototypes, and PoCs using generative and agentic AI to illustrate the art of the possible
• Advise client executives on AI adoption, data-platform modernization, and capability roadmaps
• Shape vertical offerings, define IP and lead-generation approaches for targeted markets
• Create proposals, RFP/RFI responses, ROI models, and client-facing collateral for sales meetings
• Facilitate AI strategy workshops and translate pain points into high-value use cases
• Collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, and MLOps teams to produce demos, pilots, and accelerators
• Contribute to practice sales targets and develop verticalized offerings to reinforce leadership
