Job summary

Tether is seeking a Head of Financial Infrastructure Expansion to develop strategic solutions for banks, fintechs, and large enterprises worldwide. You will bridge external partners and Tether’s internal teams, leveraging stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, and payments to craft tailored infrastructure solutions.

You will identify opportunities, structure complex engagements, and build the team to scale the function globally. Strong leadership and deal-structuring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, and large enterprises globally.
• Design tailored solutions leveraging the Tether ecosystem.
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships.
• Nurture relationships with senior executives across banks and payments teams.
• Coordinate with internal product and business teams to execute multi-product projects.
