Job summary

Tether is seeking a Senior VP of Tech Expansion to lead global adoption and commercial expansion of its technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Expansion Officer, this executive will drive AI, self‑custodial infrastructure, peer‑to‑peer systems, and digital infrastructure initiatives worldwide.

The VP will manage senior professionals, build a high‑performing global Tech Expansion organization, and secure major partnerships with enterprises, governments, and regulators.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across enterprise technology, AI, digital infrastructure, fintech and digital assets.
• Experience engaging with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs and government leaders.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, negotiate, and close major partnerships and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global expansion strategy for Tether’s technology ecosystem.
• Identify high-potential markets, industries, partners, and use cases.
• Lead senior professionals globally and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Develop repeatable commercial and execution playbooks across technologies and markets.
• Represent Tether in strategic engagements with enterprises, institutions, governments, regulators.
• Drive talent strategy for international expansion: recruiting and development.
