Job summary

Okta, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Paid Media to lead Global Paid Media and Performance Marketing, shaping multi-year strategy across Search, Paid Social, ABM, and programmatic channels.

You will partner with the CMO, CRO, Finance, Product Marketing, and Sales to align investments with revenue goals. You will build a global team across AMER, EMEA, APJ, define an operating model, and drive data-driven decisions using MMM, MTA, and AI-enabled tools to maximize pipeline and CAC/LTV

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Paid Media and Digital Growth Marketing, with 8+ years of people management.
• Deep expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS with complex buyer journeys and multi-product portfolio.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear executive recommendations.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar media budgets and driving pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year global paid media strategy across channels (Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, ABM).
• Lead and scale a global organization of media leaders and regional teams (AMER, EMEA, APJ).
• Establish a disciplined operating model for evaluating channel performance and investment decisions.
• Partner with CMO, CRO, Finance, Product Marketing, and Sales to drive revenue and CAC/LTV efficiency.
• Advocate AI methodologies for audience modeling, bid management, and creative workflows.
