Job summary

Roboyo seeks a seasoned Global Head of Agentic Automation Capability to lead our flagship offering and shape market definition. You will own the global P&L, partner ecosystem, and the delivery architecture that turns agentic automation into measurable client value.

You will attract top talent, define standards, and drive go-to-market with enterprise-scale impact, owning strategy from discovery to production across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in automation and digital transformation.
• Full P&L ownership of an automation or AI practice.
• Deep fluency in agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration.
• Credible engineering leadership with modern SDLC, CI/CD and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Hold global P&L accountability for the agentic capability, its revenue growth, delivery economics, pricing architecture and the risk envelope on outcome-based work.
• Own the agentic offer shelf and back it with what wins: materials, demos, reference architectures, assets, accelerators and pricing guidance.
• Act as gatekeeper for commercial and delivery governance on major agentic proposals, maintaining margins and deliverability.
• Protect the automation revenue that funds the pivot while converting it to healthy mix.
• Lead pre-sales personally for large or complex deals and manage global partner relationships.
• Define autonomy thresholds, evaluation standards and guardrails for production use of agentic solutions.
