Job summary

Robots & Pencils seeks a VP, Client Partner to lead delivery and growth on major enterprise engagements. You will own the work, deepen client trust, and contribute to the firm’s offerings and IP, working with SVP, Client Partners on strategy.

You will drive strategy, manage end-to-end delivery, and expand within accounts while shaping proposals and leading new logo pursuits. Expect regular travel and senior-level collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in consulting, digital, or AI services with leadership on enterprise programs with P&L visibility.
• Track record growing accounts through executive-level relationships and expansion within clients.
• Depth in digital product, cloud (AWS preferred), data and AI, connecting tech to business outcomes.
• Hands-on account operations: governance, estimating, forecasting, utilization, and margin.
• Demonstrated coaching of senior contributors and attracting talent to engagements.
• Expertise in delivering or shaping practice standards for client direction.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients where they work.

Responsibilities

• Shape account strategy and set vision for each engagement, aligning cross-workstream goals to outcomes.
• Own end-to-end delivery on assigned engagements, ensuring client outcomes, timing, quality, and revenue targets.
• Drive program operations: estimating, pricing, resource planning, risk and scope; escalate as needed.
• Build trusted client relationships with executive sponsors and translate progress into business terms.
• Lead expansion within accounts: define vision, proposals, and path from opportunity to close.
• On new logos, carry the load for scoping, proposals, team, pricing, and deal reviews.
• Coach Delivery Managers and contribute reusable IP and best practices.
