Base pay range

$300,000.00/yr - $375,000.00/yr

Overview

Own the global product strategy across Agentic AI automation solutions. Define long-term vision aligned with enterprise automation, AI enablement, and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global team of product managers and cross-functional collaborators across engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
• Drive thought leadership in the development of agentic systems—autonomous software agents capable of decision-making, adaptation, and orchestration across digital workflows.
• Partner closely with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to capture product feedback, prioritize features, and translate needs into differentiated capabilities.
• Oversee the convergence of RPA, LLMs, and intelligent decisioning to deliver scalable solutions leveraging Blue Prism, Python-based micro-agents, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ensure timely product releases, quality, and enterprise-grade performance across the automation product suite. Implement rigorous product lifecycle governance and roadmap transparency.
• Monitor AI, RPA, and enterprise automation market trends, maintain competitive intelligence, and guide pricing and GTM strategies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise product management, including 5+ in a global leadership role
• Proven experience scaling SaaS or intelligent automation products across large enterprise customer bases
• Demonstrated success with AI/ML, RPA (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath), or intelligent decisioning systems
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLM integration, orchestration platforms, and automation frameworks
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to align product strategy to business growth and client needs
• Experience working in highly regulated verticals such as financial services or healthcare is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Direct experience with Blue Prism platform architecture and ecosystem
• Familiarity with agent-based modeling, autonomous task frameworks, or cognitive automation
• Background in delivering products involving cloud infrastructure, microservices, or hybrid deployment models
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, matrixed, and global environments
