Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide multiple AI engineering teams through a transformative, agentic AI initiative. You will partner with executive leadership to define strategy, drive large-scale programs, and ensure delivery across complex projects.

The role requires deep systems architecture expertise, cloud proficiency, and strong communication with stakeholders. A strong track record in leadership and delivering high-impact results is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in CS/Engineering required; Master's preferred.
10+ years in software engineering; at least 5 in leadership roles.
Experience with systems architecture and cloud technologies.
Proficiency in Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple AI engineering teams and mentor managers and senior staff.
Partner with senior leadership to shape engineering strategy and roadmap, including agentic transformation.
Manage large-scale projects with prioritization, resourcing, and risk management.
Drive technical innovation in agentic loop engineering and continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations as engineering liaison.
Build and scale AI engineering talent and leadership pipelines.
Establish and report on KPIs for engineering teams.
Optimize workflows, tooling, and development processes using Agile and DevOps.
