Job summary

HP is seeking a Finance Leader to own the Home Traditional Print Hardware portfolio's financials, including pricing, costs, volumes, and mix. You will partner with GBU leadership to drive profitability, portfolio optimization, and strategic decision-making.

You will also own end-to-end financial ownership across ARU/margin management, NPI financial leadership, and cost roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, product management, and supply chain to influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Typically 7–10+ years of experience in financial planning or business finance.
• Experience in product/portfolio finance, hardware or consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio P&L and financial management for the Home Traditional portfolio (Inkjet).
• Lead quarterly performance analysis (actuals vs. forecast vs. LTP) with insights on drivers and risks.
• Provide recommendations to improve profitability and pricing strategy.
• Manage pricing strategy and ARU; monitor ARU trends vs. targets.
• Lead financial modeling and business-case support for NPIs.
• Ensure alignment between cost targets, pricing, and margins.
