The candidate will collaborate with business leaders and drive global process improvements, budgeting, and policy development while supporting capital strategies and ensuring strong internal controls.

Qualifications

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Leads and advises on the most crucial business initiatives, leading several analysts across sub-functions within finance and across geographies/organizations.
Supports the business in ensuring that capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest ROI for the global company.
Performs highly complex financial analysis to achieve objectives.
Collaborates with business leaders to guide long-term and strategic decision-making.
Drives process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.
Provides information and counsel in controls, budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, and overall business plans.
Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
Acts as a functional manager, developing strategy and setting policy and direction.
Provides mentorship to lower-level employees to ensure achievement of plans.
