The role involves coordinating with regional teams, GTM owners, and the Customer Support Organization to address market needs, gaps, and risks, while enabling Care Pack SKUs and CP bundles across products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher education in business, engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years in service business management, delivery, or solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle planning for Print Consumer Care Pack portfolios and ensure alignment with pricing strategies.
• Set up and maintain Care Pack SKUs in HP systems for HW Print consumer products.
• Collaborate across regions to develop and implement services, programs, or processes.
• Perform business analysis to identify root causes and propose improvements.
• Represent services in product development and provide service requirements.
