Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Global Portfolio Manager for Print Consumer Care Pack to lead the portfolio strategy, pricing alignment, and sales readiness across regions. You will define service offerings, coordinate with product teams, and ensure end-to-end delivery of care pack services.

The role requires strong analytical and cross-functional leadership, with experience in product/service planning and go-to-market execution within a global hardware ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in business administration or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of work experience in service business management, delivery, solution architecture, business planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan Print Consumer Care Pack portfolios throughout their lifecycle with alignment to pricing strategies and sales readiness.
• Set up and maintain Care Pack SKUs in HP systems and tools for all HW Print consumer products.
• Collaborate across regions to implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs.
• Perform business analysis, identify root causes, and develop recommendations for improvements.
• Lead service planning across lifecycle, including conformance to pricing strategies and end-to-end delivery.
• Represent services on product/solution core teams and provide service requirements for development stages.
