Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a highly organized Business Planning & Operations Lead for the Office of the President of Imaging, Printing & Solutions.

This role drives governance, programs, and organizational initiatives across the global Print organization, partnering with senior leaders across Finance, HR, IT, and operations. The position focuses on continuous improvement, executive-level reporting, and ensuring operational excellence through robust governance, messaging, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in business planning, operations, program management, strategy, finance, or organizational effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted partnerships, and drive results through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Print's global Business Continuity Planning program with governance, readiness, risk visibility, and coordination with enterprise resiliency teams.
• Manage emerging high-priority initiatives from concept to implementation with clear scope, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Act as AI Champion for Print, promoting responsible AI adoption through enablement, governance support, and use cases.
• Own Print's intranet and internal information channels with content governance and timely access to information.
• Lead budget management activities including planning, forecasting, PO oversight, accrual tracking, and leadership reporting.
• Support workforce planning and organizational governance across Print.
• Develop executive dashboards and operational reports to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate across Print and functional teams to drive process improvements and execution of priorities.
