Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food and beverage experience.
• Must attend USPH sanitation courses and understand environmental regulations.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems.
• Strong command of English (verbal and written).
• Command of the Japanese language (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent quality food & beverage service to all guests.
• Setup and breakdown in designated areas as instructed by Management.
• Shows full knowledge of the Restaurant menus, bar and wine lists.
• Assists briefings before service.
• Knows cocktail recipes and promotional sales or beverage packages.
• Ensures areas are clean and maintain high venue standards.
• Reports complaints or problems regarding drinks, food, or service to the supervisor.
• Performs duties assigned by supervisors and senior management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Communicates well with diverse passenger demographics.
