Stripe is seeking a Finance and Strategy Analyst to join our Go-to-Market and Partnerships teams in New York. You will help with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, building integrated financial models, and driving improvements in our financial systems with business partners and engineers.

You will design analyses to measure ROI of investments in headcount and expenses, partner with cross-functional teams, and shape decision-making through robust dashboards and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Ability to build integrated models from scratch in Excel or planning apps.
• Experience driving and executing on finance processes (budget, forecast reviews).
• Proven ability to collaborate with business partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Support and influence key strategic and business decisions using financial data.
• Design analyses to measure ROI of investments in headcount and expenses.

• Build and own financial models ensuring quality and timeliness.
