Rockwell Automation seeks a Senior Manager, Global Market Activation to transform partner strategies into measurable pipeline growth and revenue. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, BU, Product Management, Customer Success, and Regions to commercialize joint solutions and accelerate market impact.

This role reports to the Vice President, Market Access and offers a hybrid schedule across Milwaukee, WI; Mayfield Heights, OH; Houston, TX; or Weston, FL.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• 10–15+ years in industrial automation, enterprise software, cloud, or technology ecosystems.
• Experience with global technology alliances or strategic partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Global Go-to-Market: translate Joint Business Plans into executable GTM strategies.
• Regional Market Activation: coordinate execution with regional sales leadership and drive campaigns.
• Sales Enablement: build scalable seller readiness with plans, messaging, and training.
• Business Performance: own metrics like pipeline creation and partner-influenced revenue.
• Joint Business Plans: ensure regional execution and increased partner-influenced revenue.
