Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Senior Manager, Global Market Activation to translate strategic partnerships into measurable pipeline growth and revenue. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to commercialize joint solutions and accelerate market impact, reporting to the Vice President, Market Access.

You will work in a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee, WI; Mayfield Heights, OH; Houston, TX; or Weston, FL, and will drive global GTM initiatives and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• 10–15+ years in industrial automation, enterprise software, cloud, or tech ecosystems.
• Experience with global technology alliances or strategic partnerships.
• Strong GTM leadership across multiple regions.
• Commercialization and product launch experience.
• Cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Executive presence with partner executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate Joint Business Plans into executable GTM strategies.
• Develop annual activation plans for strategic technology partners.
• Lead commercialization of new joint solutions.
• Ensure consistency across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Coordinate regional execution with sales leadership; drive events, workshops, and pipeline.
• Build scalable seller readiness with partner managers; develop plans, messaging, battle cards, training.
• Own execution metrics: pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, adoption, and campaign effectiveness.
