Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Worldwide GTM Specialist - Oracle, Data & AI GTM to architect and scale the go-to-market engine for Oracle migration to AWS.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to define GTM motions across geos and industries, monitor market signals, own the Oracle migration pipeline, and translate field feedback into product and field enablement materials. This role engages with DBAs, architects, and executives to drive ARR growth and competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage).
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Defines and scales the WW GTM motion across geos, segments, and industries.
• Monitor field insights, demand signals, competitive win/loss patterns; influence roadmap.
• Owns the Oracle migration pipeline for RDS for Oracle and Oracle Database@AWS; accountable for ARR metrics.
• Design field enablement content, migration playbooks, and discovery scripts for self-service execution.
• Build field narrative for migration and AWS advantages; compete with other vendors.
• Engage with DBAs, architects, and engineering leaders to discuss migration architectures.
• Synthesize field feedback into product/engineering inputs and roadmap.
• Track Created ARR, Launched ARR, pipeline velocity, and win/loss by segment/geo.
