Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Worldwide GTM Specialist, Agentic AI for Application Modernization, focusing on driving adoption of Gen AI developer tools through strategic customer engagements and collaboration with executives.

You will lead GTM initiatives across AWS, coordinating with teams to shape product roadmaps and expand developer ecosystems. The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering impactful go-to-market programs on a global scale within the NGDE Specialist Team,

Qualifications

5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
5+ years of working with Data & AI technologies, including GenAI, analytics, databases, or storage.
Experience presenting to executive audiences and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead GTM plan for a service with worldwide scope within NGDE Specialist Team.
Drive development and adoption of Agentic AI services through customer engagements.
Coordinate with architects, partners, and account teams to set direction and standards.
Bridge customer voice into product roadmaps and strategic decisions.
Own reporting and planning cadences to executives on GTM execution.
Represent AWS at industry events and thought leadership opportunities.
