Amazon is seeking a Sr. Worldwide GTM Specialist to own the SQL Server migration pipeline, shape field motions, partner plays, and enablement programs.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll drive Created ARR and Launched ARR, measure pipeline velocity, and translate field feedback into product input. Requires 5+ years in Data & AI GTM and GTM/BizDev experience; Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), and RSUs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Data & AI tech such as AI/ML, analytics, databases, or storage.
• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Owns the SQL Server migration pipeline, including ARR metrics and win rates.
• Develops field enablement content and competitive battle cards at scale.
• Position AWS against competitors with economic and customer proof points.
• Translates field feedback into input for product/engineering roadmaps.
• Tracks metrics and reports weekly and monthly to leadership.
