Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned GTM leader to scale the global go-to-market motion for Oracle migration across geos and industries.

You will own the migration pipeline, shape field enablement, and build competitive narratives that articulate why customers should move from Oracle to AWS managed databases. You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate field feedback into roadmap inputs, and you will report on Created ARR, Launched ARR, and win rates with leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data & AI related technologies experience (AI/ML, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the GTM motion across geos, segments, and industries.
• Monitor field insights, demand signals, and licensing shifts; influence roadmap and GTM positioning.
• Own the Oracle migration pipeline numbers for RDS for Oracle and Oracle Database@AWS; manage ARR metrics.
