Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Launch Manager in the United States to drive cross-functional alignment for software offers and product launches. You will ensure readiness, educate stakeholders, and manage risks to deliver launches on plan.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to enable excellent customer experiences. Strong communication and project management skills are essential in a highly-matrixed environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in product/launch management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to understand and communicate the big picture while being detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans; track deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies from cross-functional teams.
• Identify cross-functional stakeholders and launch plan tasks/deliverables.
• Ensure stakeholders understand their needs and commitments for each launch.
• Anticipate issues, develop contingencies, and provide escalation management during launches.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, sales enablement, finance, order management, services, and legal to educate on launches.
