Job summary

Power Integrations is seeking an experienced leader to drive its global go-to-market infrastructure, enabling Business Units to execute and grow. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years in semiconductor marketing and applications engineering, with proven skills in building scalable enablement systems.

Responsibilities include leading global distribution marketing, developing training programs, and ensuring effective communication strategies. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with strong analytical skills and excellent executive communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in semiconductor marketing, applications engineering, sales strategy, or go-to-market leadership.
• Strong understanding of design-in driven semiconductor business models and distribution channels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global GtM Enablement organization supporting all Business Units.
• Develop scalable frameworks for product launches and messaging.
• Lead global training and enablement programs for Sales, distributors, and customers.
