Job summary

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily GSOC activities including emergency communications, alarm monitoring, trace and response, video surveillance, access control, and system audits.
• Manage rapid communication with employees and stakeholders.
• Produce analytical reporting from access control systems to assess controls and culture of security.
• Observe geopolitical events affecting travel and operations.
• Monitor open-source intel and client-specific intel tools for threats to people, assets, and reputation.
• Research and report on global security issues including terrorism, disasters, crime, and health incidents.
• Support insider threat, business continuity, health and safety, travel security, and executive security programs.
• Collect and validate intelligence and assess credibility of open source information.
• Communicate with senior security management on incidents and operational issues.
• Oversee investigations and case management involving partner organizations.
• Support investigations through intelligence collection on external threats and internal incidents such as theft or violence.
• Provide credible, timely, actionable intelligence to operators and decision makers.
• Support events and personal protection assignments including executive protection.
• Evaluate performance and coordinate training for team members.
• Maintain highly sensitive/confidential information.
• All other duties as assigned.
