Qualifications

• 5+ years of GSOC, corporate security, or protective operations experience or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with access control and VMS platforms (e.g., Genetec).
• Proficiency with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, and incident documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control, video surveillance, alarms, and other security technologies.
• Communicate with internal partners using Slack, Jira, and other collaboration tools.
• Identify, assess, and respond to security alerts and incidents; escalate appropriately.
