Job summary

Delivery Hero seeks a Sr Analyst Growth to join the Global Growth Q-commerce team in Barcelona. You will analyze performance metrics to drive strategy and influence decision-making across international markets, shaping our rapid delivery services.

You will manage growth initiatives, leverage data to optimize acquisition, retention and order frequency, and translate complex challenges into actionable insights for senior leadership, collaborating with VPs and Growth directors.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a data-centric growth role.
Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
Mastery of Google Sheets and Excel.
Strong project management and storytelling with data.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of growth strategy, including pricing, loyalty programs, CRM, and performance marketing.
Execute and implement growth initiatives across all active Glovo markets.
Analyze results from growth experiments to determine performance outcomes and future improvements.
Translate complex business challenges into actionable data insights for senior leadership.
Identify new opportunities to boost user acquisition, retention, and order frequency.
Collaborate directly with VPs and Growth directors to scale the Q-commerce business.
