Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an analytical and entrepreneurial operator to join the US Marketplace Growth team, focusing on accelerating growth bets and student/Gen Z initiatives. You will dive into data, leverage AI tools for reporting efficiency, and lead a team of College Ambassadors supporting campuses nationwide.

You will report on performance, build cross-functional reporting, and translate strategic plans into measurable actions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in strategy, operations, planning, or related areas.
• Analytical—able to translate data into actionable insights and use AI tools to improve analytics tooling.
• Collaborative, flexible, and able to influence across a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to understand, report, and drive performance.
• Analyze the US Marketplace to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Build reporting and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Develop strategic plans and actionable tests or new reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with internal and external teams to translate ideas into execution.
