Job summary

Agoda is seeking experienced Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics leaders to own high-impact commercial initiatives from strategy through execution. You will translate business goals into structured plans, lead cross-functional programs, and use data and experimentation to unlock growth.

This role sits at the center of decisions—shaping growth, pricing, and operations with senior leadership visibility. You'll partner with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Supply to drive alignment,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, marketing, pricing, strategy, analytics or related data-driven roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau or similar BI tools; translate data into commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies across pricing, channel performance, acquisition, retention, or go-to-market.
• Lead experimentation roadmaps (A/B tests, etc.) to evaluate impact and inform decisions.
• Analyze large datasets; build dashboards and executive narratives to communicate performance.
• Model business impact; evaluate trade-offs and support planning around P&L, growth, and value creation.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Supply and senior leadership for alignment.
• Build playbooks and processes for repeatability and scale across markets and channels.
• Mentor and develop team members in a high-performance, test-and-learn culture.
