Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth, marketing, pricing, strategy, analytics, revenue management, consulting, or related data-driven roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; turning ambiguity into clear frameworks and action plans.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar BI/analytics tools; translate data into commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies within scope — pricing, channel performance, customer acquisition, retention, or go-to-market.
• Lead experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and other measurement approaches.
• Analyze large datasets to surface trends, opportunities, and risks; build dashboards and executive narratives.
• Model business impact, evaluate trade-offs, and support planning around P&L, growth, and value creation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Strategy, Supply, and senior leadership to drive alignment.
