Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs with global scope.
• Develop and maintain program-level policies, processes, and playbooks.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment across regions.
• Identify gaps and proactively develop solutions.
• Build and scale operational tooling, workflows, and resources.
• Develop measurement frameworks and monitor program performance.
• Support goal-setting, roadmap development, and team methods.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment to standards.
• Serve as a thought partner to leadership on priorities and strategy.
• Communicate complex topics into clear guidance and recommendations.
